• Background location is collected after booking confirmation to allow the assigned worker to navigate to your address and to provide live tracking on the map
• Location data is only shared with the assigned service worker for the duration of the active booking

5. Location Data & Background Access
Our use of background location is limited strictly to active service sessions. Here is exactly how it works:
• Background location is NOT collected during regular app browsing
• Background location activates only after you confirm a booking
• It is used to share your pinned address with the assigned worker for accurate navigation
• Location data is automatically deactivated when the service session ends
• You will see a clear, prominent disclosure before any location permission is requested
We comply fully with Google Play's Location Permission Policy and only request background location where it provides direct user value.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information:
• All data is transmitted using SSL/TLS encryption
